3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the MFS provider and account verification status.

• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Prohibited Conduct

By using khela777, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

7 Account Suspension & Closure

khela777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the khela777 support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity. khela777 will send a notification to the registered contact details prior to applying a dormant account fee. If the account remains inactive and the balance falls below the minimum withdrawal threshold, the remaining balance may be forfeited after the applicable notice period.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

8.2 Bet Void Policy

khela777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the following circumstances: software malfunction or error that materially affected the outcome; incorrect odds published due to a manifest error; evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; or force majeure events that prevent the completion of a sporting event on which bets were accepted. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

8.3 Third-Party Services
